Approachable, friendly, patient, and most importantly, effective. I'm a Young adult, I almost never pick up the phone, or check emails. I'm sure I accidentally bugged the hell out of them. But they so far have brought entertaining legal wrath on the evil forces of unjust apartment management companies. If your in the Tulsa area with a legal issue, call them first.
