If you're going to bill $60/hour for unskilled labor--fall cleanup--one would expect pretty through job. When you tell the provider you're unhappy and their response is meh! You show them video show that their guys were there 40 minutes not two plus hours, more meh! John R. seems to think if you want a professional job and fair billing then you're the problem. Blaming the customer is an automatic fail. Take your money and business somewhere else. You're getting overbilled.
John and his team have helped me with so many yard projects. John does a great job getting projects scheduled, strategizing solutions, and getting the work done quickly. I highly recommend them for all of your yard projects, cleanup, and landscaping.
I highly recommend John and his staff. They are very creative, friendly and competent.
John was excellent to work with. Will be doing much more with him and his team in the future I hope. Highly Reccomend
