Bill is amazing to work with and his crew is top notch. I have been work with Green Concepts for almost 12 years on a 3 acre property in Riverwoods. I am an interior designer and have worked with many other landscape companies (for clients). I feel that Bill has been the most creative, knows each plant and species and his prices are fair. I highly recommend Bill and his team at Green Concepts.
Kyle and the team at Green Concepts really transformed my lawn over the course of 1 season . My lawn used to be very patchy and full of weeds but by the end of summer my lawn was weed free and looking better than ever . Thanks again
I am incredibly disappointed by the customer service of this company. I had inquired about seeding and moss treatment for my lawn. They came out to my property to look at the yard and said they would email a quote for both the front and back yards. I eventually got a call describing hypothetical work they could do and they said they'd provide a quote soon. Over 3 weeks later and it's been radio silent. Kyle came right on time and was extremely professional. He was very informative and had an incredibly positive attitude! Thank you Kyle for your hard work, positive attitude and professionalism.
