I spoke to a few contractors to help with my duct work/attic insulation to receive the Austin Energy rebate and GCO was my top pick. The whole team including Rob, Cord and Gene were great to work with. They handled all the work with the city to ensure I would get the rebate which made things super easy. The work itself was done professionally and extremely clean. I would recommend them to anyone looking to take advantage of energy rebates.
Nope. Nice face, bad workmanship. Have someone else install your system. Get other bids. They do not know what they are doing and try to cover that up with a nice face and customer ignorace. The short story is I finally hired another Trane certified company to fix the humidity and thermostat issues that they caused putting in the system. Fixed. After I had a baby. In August. Long story. A friend recommended this vendor and I am thoroughly happy with their work quality and professionalism. Everyone, from the admin staff, to the owner, to the fellows who actually did the work, were respectful, intelligent, and extremely generous with their time, to explain things and to make sure I was satisfied, which I was. They made the process of working with the COA very easy. A+ experience.
The electricity bill went down on my other home $100 a month, having insulation blown in my attic changed the bill from 270 to 170 on a 1700 sq' home in August. The best money saver I've run across ever.
