I had a deep cleaning house cleaning for $350 (900 sq feet) and the house was not deeply cleaned as per the check list provided. When I followed up and provided photos they said they would provide a partial refund and asked if I wanted to re-book a regular cleaning. I have emailed them twice and they have not followed up.
I have a relatively small house. It’s only 1400 square feet. I am not home much - but when I am home, I don't have the time (or desire) to clean. These cleaners, yeah, are a little pricey (the "high end of normal" I would say) but it doesn't stop me from hiring them...they're worth it!!...Scheduling with them is easy and the lovely lady Ariel (who has been working there for a long time) I talk to always remembers me and likes to "catch up" when I call. Love our Green Cleaners. The monthly services keeps us motivated to keep the clean the rest of the month. They know just how to make a five-year old's bed-- sometimes a difficult standard to achieve!
I'm busy and housecleaning is always on the bottom of my to do list. I am so thankful for Green Cleaning Seattle and their thorough, professional staff. They're great at focusing on areas that are important to me instead of doing a cookie cutter job. It's a huge stress reliever to come home to a clean home.
We at the Willmar Apartment Cooperative building on Queen Anne are very happy with our service. We are a 15 unit, 1910 building, that has wood floors, carpet, laundry room, back stairs, well, it's a lot of work to do. But everytime it has been a great experience, and a reasonable price. We needed a company that had insurance, and background checked employees. What really drew us to this company is how they treat their employees. We will be long term customers, thanks!

We switched to Green Cleaning in 2016 and have been really happy with their service. The initial online quotation process was easy and professional and their follow-up by email was polite, friendly and efficient. Our house is fairly easy to clean in that we don't have many ornaments or knick-knacks, but we have two big hairy dogs who love to be dirty and trek their dirt inside! Our cleaners are thorough and reliable and does a fabulous job of cleaning up all the dog hair and muddy paw prints! Thank you Green Cleaning!
