Green city realty managed my rental properties in York City for over 8 years and I had a wonderful experience and learned a lot from the experienced professionals there. I felt that my needs as an owner were respected. I appreciated the good communication and that repairs and other issues were taken care of quickly. The quality of the work done and the timeliness were also appreciated. I would highly recommend Green City for your rental property management.

Worst property management ever. The pictures they have up for 735 East Clarke ave are wrong. They won’t tell anyone the neighbor at 737 are hoarders and they animal’s get into the house. The have is listed as a 3bedroom but by state codes it’s a 2 bedroom with a office

I love the maintenance team!! It ends there. Communication is not good, found out after 3 years of living there that people were murdered at my home and that it was broken into multiple times. When I first moved in, my back door wouldn’t close without the lock and the shower regurgitated food from the sink. It took awhile to get this fixed which was fine but I should not have had to pay for rent when I had to pay for a hotel for me and my son to bathe.
