Well green chimneys had a great and positive effect on my life when I was about to enter my teens. Well everything about it was great and I had very few problems there. The teachers and the animals were great to be around. The only place where I encountered any real trouble were the dorms because I felt confined by the excessive number of rules in them. Nevertheless the feeling I had when I walked out of the dorms was a great one and I do miss every other part of green chimneys

Green Chimneys helped me become a better person than I had before. I walked in troubled and because of the staff and the nurturing environment I walked out more of a man. Because of the things I learned there and the people I met, Green Chimneys helped lead me down a road of countless successes at home school and BOCES.
