I don’t typically write bad reviews but after reading other reviews, I’ve realized I’m not the only one. We purchased a Traverse and we owned it for about 3 months, vehicle literally sat at the shop longer than in my possession. Took in literally 2 weeks after purchase. Did not hear back from anyone for at least 2 weeks. Best service. 100%. I purchased my first Traverse from Green in 2020 and just recently upgraded my 2018 Traverse to a newer 2025, with the help of Brighton. Absolutely flawless process. Brighton and the team were kind, patient, and made us feel like family. I've used the service department for maintenance and repairs for 5 years, and have never had an issue or bad service. Such an amazing establishment!

VERY disappointed in Green. We have bought several new vehicles over the years, but we were never treated so poorly as we recently were at Green Chevrolet. We had NEVER been to Green so we thought we would give it a try this time. The sales person (Don) insulted me as he came back with a revised offer, telling me he was actually doing us a "favor" by giving us a bit more for our trade. We walked out, went to Uftring Chevy, and were given a great deal, and treated with respect!

Bought a Chevy 2500 for $25,000 cash—big mistake. They barely let me negotiate, but I went ahead with it because the truck seemed solid and they promised in writing to fix the alignment and shaking in the steering wheel. Took it in and it came back worse—alignment was way off, wheel cocked hard to the right, and the shaking was still there. Not long after, the truck started dying every night. I hate to do this to any company; however, my Tahoe has been in and out for over a year trying to fix an issue most likely with the electrical system. I am not sure if it is Green or if it is Chevrolet that is the issue. Something is draining the battery, but they cannot pin-point it to resolve the issue. When they initially checked it out, they suspected it was the battery. We replaced the battery but the problem reoccurred.
