Heritage Grande is anything BUT grand, if I could give no stars I would. This is not where you want to spend $2000 a month. How ridiculous that these condo owners even ask this for those dinky apt/condos! Esp when the townhouses are 10x better and right there for the same or less, what are they thinking?! Condo management and HOA does nothing!! The walls are paper thin and YOU HEAR EVERYTHING like others have said and NO ONE will do a thing about any complaints. I called someone pretty much a woman about the units at Greencay. She tells me that these units are privately owned and so i ask in return do you know as to how i can get in contact with them or any information as to where i can locate the numbers. She seemed very impatient with me and just dismissed me. Talk about being a good human being. Folks these wont help you at all you can probably find maybe 5 out of 100 that will help you smh.
Great location with many outdoor activities nearby. Nice community pool but the exercise room could use some updating.
