Eli and Thomas were incredibly friendly during my carpet cleaning service. They were very understanding and made sure to address any issues from a previous technician's work. Both were polite and ensured I was satisfied with the results. They even cleaned up any spills that might have occurred and tidied up a mess left behind. I had a fantastic experience with Green Carpet's And Cleaning! From my initial call to getting scheduled, everything went smoothly. Randall arrived a bit earlier than expected, which I appreciated. He did an incredible job cleaning two large area rugs and two smaller ones. My main concern with carpet cleaning has always been the drying time, but he assured me they would be dry in 4-8 hours.
