Excellent customer service I was pretty sure that my apartment complex would accomadate a once a year carpet cleaning as they promised. Unfortunately they gave me the run around a bit so I called you guys. The price was right, excellent customer service, techs did a very good job. I highly recommend.

Great job My brother and his buddies were having a water fight in my yard, when it got carried away and someone spilt a big pail of water on my carpet, I didnt want it to smell so I called this company right away and they took care of it quickly.
Quality company. Great patch work!: My dog ripped a hole in my carpet. I still have no idea why, but I called these guys and they cut out the damaged area took a piece of leftover carpet from the original installation and matched the hole perfectly. I cannot see where they actually worked on the carpet. It looks great. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a quality company.
Great job My air ducts were very dirty and filthy I could already see the dust coming out of my air vents it looked disgusting. So I received a flyer on the door from elephant carpet cleaning and it explained why is it important to clean your air ducts. It said a lot of things I didn??t know. It has a lot of great information so I called them, they came to my house and gave me a estimate. And the technician came to my house and he cleaned the heck out of them, I was very surprised because they really do a great job.
Fantastic job I bought a new house and the carpet was very damaged and dirty i needed it cleaned before i moved in all my stuff. I called them on sat morning to set an appointment, and they came in the same day. They wedre very nice and professional. And did a fantastic job!

Great carpet cleaning job I had read some of the reviews here on yahoo, and all the positive things said about them are true. I called, they came that same day and did a wonderful job. I had some green stains on my carpet from a horrible product I used, but the stains were removed quickly and efficiently. I will definitely call them again if my carpet needs a clean.
