Absolutely a horrid developer to do business with. They lead me to belief they would pay then after five months they refused to pay on a six figure invoice. Then they falsified documents and emails to defend their case and strung out the court action until I was forced out of business. Their CEO Aaron Fairchild is the Donald Trump of Seattle.
My wife and I purchased one of their Sage and Thyme project homes and we were initially really excited. But as we approached our closing date, there were clearly issues that needed to be resolved. We were told they would be handled quickly as part of the warranty and that was far from it. To date, we still have a laundry list of items that we mutually agreed would be addressed that are still unresolved. It's been over 8 months.
