I love this company! There customer service is extraordinary and there service is impeccable... I had Green Bug at my house for an ant issue, which they determined was a Carpenter Ant. They were able to search around cracks and crevices in the area I saw them and bam! They used this stuff and the ants just started poring out of the wall dying! IT was pretty cool to watch... Thanks guys!!!!
Green bug put on a good show up front, and talked a big game the owner GENO will come to your place and make you feel very special... only to disappear behind his manager and desk clerk. They will try to nickel and dime you, until you ask, why am I being charged for this? I own a small 22 unit apartment complex and they charged me an extra 45 dollars a room to treat for a bug that I had been paying them extra to treat for the last year ... I have been using green bug for a little over a year now and wow I couldn't be happier. This company is honest and always treat me fantastic. I have several different treatments from quarterly, termite, and rodent. I have no bugs in my home and I live next to the lake. ( which I feel is very difficult as my neighbors have issues with bugs and ants) I have large breed dogs and they are very loving towards my dogs. I feel so comfortable when using Green Bug. As a mother of 2 children , and 3 dogs, I am reassured of my families safety while they get rid of my spiders and ants. I would recommend green bug any day!
