Did this provider use excessive foul language? Yes! It was very unprofessional! Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? Yes! I was in utter agony for days Was this dentist friendly? Friendly Enough Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything! Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Yes

Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? Not one bit! I felt much better when I left! Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes.

Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off! Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Have the fillings, crowns, or veneers you've received lasted? Definitely! They lasted even longer than they were supposed to Was this provider's office clean? Yes! I was amazed at how clean it was! Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem!

Yes Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!

Was the toothpaste used during your cleaning enjoyable? Absolutely, it was fantastic! Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever!

All the equipment at this office seems very safe and current. Everything looks well taken care of and fairly new. As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They always take that extra step to make me feel special.
