I came to change a tire that had a boldge in it they changed it to a new tire that i gave them that was in very good condition once they changed it i left about a few hours later i got in my car and something felt off i i had to call caa to get air or changed the tire i put air in it caa checked if it was leaking it wasnt and i went back a few days later i went back and they changed all my tires and i told them what happend they gave me back some $$ for what happpend thats amazing customer service i willl be coming back than... read more
This was my first and last time at this place, even though it's convenient. These guys are so lazy and rude. I ask him a question, he just looks at me. Didn't put the lock key or nuts back where he found it and just dumped the tires in the car without even tying the bags, leaving mud all over my newly detailed car. It explained why they get you to pay at the start of the service. Recently change over to winter tires for my new X1. Found out two wheel caps missing second day. Called Greenbay & was told two caps missing before installation . They informed someone that caps were missing!! No one informed me about this missing before or after installation. Sounds like it was my fault!! It wasn't busy when I was there so they shouldn't miss telling me. Service definitely deteriorated. With tire pressure recommendation of 35 psi front 32 psi rear, two front tires & one rear showed 47 psi & one rear 40 psi.... read more
