I have been using Green Bay Tire for > 10 years. I want to share my recent terrible experience. I brought my car to change back to summer tires. After that, I hear some weird noises coming out from my car, I brought back my car to Green Bay, the staffs are not friendly at all, they lifted up my car, asked me to accelerate, given there was no sound, then they said there was nothing wrong. Fast and efficient service. We went to have our winter tires change over. No appointment needed.
Update: the shop contacted me and provided 2 decent used tires instead of my tires, sofar satisfied with their customer service, changing review to 4 stars. Customers be careful. First of all their price for 4 set of tires was more than Canadian tires best Michellen tires. Second I just forgot and left my used tires in their store. (which were still new reusable winter tires) when I immediately came back to pick them up within half an hour, they said they disposed of them. Be careful not to leave your tires in their shop.
