Disappointing and unprofessional. I wanted to put my brand new winter tires on the original rims. Although I called them before I go to the shop and I told them what I want to do, they never mentioned that their policy is they don't change brand new tires in their shop!!! Nonsense policy but if it is your policy you should tell people over the phone in advance.
Every once in a while, you come upon a retailer or supplier who is superb, Green Bay Tire fits into this category. I dealt with Angel and Eric, they were both very professional and able to provide expert advice on which tires to buy. I was in the market for four new winter tires for a Subaru Forester and four tires and rims for a Subaru Crosstrek. Update: the shop contacted me and provided 2 decent used tires instead of my tires, sofar satisfied with their customer service, changing review to 4 stars. Be aware they steal your tires... Customers be careful. First of all their price for 4 set of tires was 3 times more than Canadian tires best Michellen tires. Second I just forgot and left my used tires in their store. (which were still new reusable winter tires) when I literally came back to pick them up within half an hour, they lied to my face saying they disposed of ... read more
