What don’t I like?....customer service! Yesterday I received a floral arrangement from my son. It arrived around noon, it was beautiful. By dinner time it was wilting, and this morning, it was virtually dead. I called Green Bay Floral to voice my disappointment and displeasure. I was told I could bring in the arrangement and they would replace the dead flowers. I was discharged from the hospital two days ago, and this morning it is -2 degrees.....and they suggested I return the arrangement!!?? What I fully expected was that ... read more

We had our 1st appointment to pick out flowers for our wedding and the experience was great. Bebe was great to work with. She asked all the necessary questions and didnt pressure us on any decision. Before our meeting she was prepared with pictures and ideas. We are excited to see our vision come to life on the big day!
RecommendedMy husband and I just got married December 29th and were absolutely amazed at how well Green Bay Floral made our flower arrangements look so beautiful. I showed them a picture I liked from Pinterest and they made it look just like it!! Very accommodating, communication was great, and made our wedding planning very stress free!! Highly recommend!

Delivering Awesome Flowers for Green Bay Floral
I ordered flowers for a friend who had a loss in their family and asked if they could be delivered same day if possible. Not only did they deliver within hours of my ordering they were beautiful!! Thanks so much for helping us express our sympathies to them during their loss.
Very disappointed. ordered a bouquet online through fromyouflowers.com for my wife.a beautiful arrangement $39.99 for $27.80 same day delivery. I ordered the premium for $59.99. It didn't arrive the same day, so they sent a note apologizing and stating it would be delivered the next day. unfortunately, my wife would not be home to receive them. that being said. the bouquet that arrived was disappointing even for the sale price. the flowers in the original display were not included with the delivery. they said some of the flo... read more
