Would not recommend them. They lied about the warranty, I now sit with a 2018 that I cannot drive to due engine failure. The motor was burning oil internally and despite my routine oil changes it burned it to nothing quickly causing a rod knock in the engine. 199 wouldn't do anything to to help , completely dismissed me and the piece of garbage they sold me. Now the Green Bay site is permanently shut down and I'm stuck paying on a car I can't use.
We purchased a 2019 Dodge ********** in May of 2020. The vehicle appeared to be in great shape with about 30,000 miles. During the test drive, the vehicle pulled to the right and it was discussed that we could take it to ********* for a free alignment check. Instead, we realized the tires were of low quality and worn uneven. After rotating the tires, the problem went away. Bought a vehicle from here a few years ago. Had issues right from the beginning. The manager at the time sent my car into another dealership/shop to have my car looked at at the time, my car was consuming massive amounts of oil from the get go. Were talking a quart every 500 miles: there was nothing they would do to help! My engine blew at 120k . The service that we received from Andres was awesome. He was helpful, considerate and knowledgeable. Didn't get the figures I wanted or needed at first but he worked with me and your finance department until we came to a meeting of the minds. I would recommend him as a great person and customer service representative for your company. Great service with understanding of a not so great situation was left in. Couldn’t have been more impressed with great attention to detail of what was looking for. All my questions answered without hesitation. Derrick (pardon if misspelled) didn’t even flinch while we were on the test drive! Poor credit is not fun & never once was I made to feel inferior regarding my situation.
Tanner was a great help! He helped me through the whole process of getting a new car and getting approved for a loan. He explained things in terms that I understand. He saved me money and helped me get into a car the same day! I highly recommend him! -Ashley ********
Was really nice and simple. Paul worked with me and what I had and picked out nice car for me to get nothing to crazy but just right. Good service definitely would come back for another service if I had to.
