The Green Air Logic HVAC team Chantelle and Ephraim far exceeded my expectations. Beginning with Green Air’s in house associate Chantelle and concluding with home service Tech Ephraim. Chantelle called me as promised with an update on the required part delivery and subsequent installation date/time. Ephriam is a highly trained and skilled technician whose knowledge base of the system easily identified and corrected the root cause of the failure. In conclusion, they are honest and trustworthy and worth your consideration.
Never thought that there is an alternative for me to use a smaller unit in my primary bedroom as supposed to turning on the whole house unit, for the purpose of saving electricity and money. Thanks to the brilliant idea of Mr. Jovan Perez, the mini split he installed is just perfect for my needs! Moreover, his professionalism, efficiency, and punctuality made me trust his words. Hence, this extremely happy and highly recommended review.
The management of this firm is amazingly responsive, helpful, and above all, receptive of feedback. Best of all, they were unafraid of terminating the employment of a technician whose work was sub-par and attitude was abysmal. 100% of all the other technical staff that worked on my home were beyond competent and caring.
The team at Green Air Logic are the best.....all round 5 stars. The installed our mini splits and did an amazing job.....I would recommend them anytime.
