Chantelle called me as promised with an update on the required part delivery and subsequent installation date/time. Ephriam is a highly trained and skilled technician whose knowledge base of the system easily identified and corrected the root cause of the failure. In conclusion, they are honest and trustworthy and worth your consideration.
Never thought that there is an alternative for me to use a smaller unit in my primary bedroom as supposed to turning on the whole house unit, for the purpose of saving electricity and money. Thanks to the brilliant idea of Mr. Jovan Perez, the mini split he installed is just perfect for my needs! Moreover, his professionalism, efficiency, and punctuality made me trust his words. Hence, this extremely happy and highly recommended review.
