They would not honor the service agreement for a newer furnace I purchased from a company they took over. They said I had to have had it cleaned yearly by the company they took over. I never signed anything saying that, I sent them the 10 year parts and labor warranty I received from the company they took over. They refused to honor it. Went to ABT and a much better experience! Would never deal with this company again!!
This company has been the most unethical and unprofessional company I have ever encountered. In the arctic blast of 12/24/22 - I paid $299 for an emergency service call for a furnace I purchased from Green Air Care 2 years ago. They disconnected the 2nd stage of furnace in order to get some heat into the house. The morning of 12/25 I had an error code on my thermostat and on the furnace along with a cold house.
