Our interaction with Houston Air Vent left us feeling quite satisfied. It had been more than three years since we cleaned our dryer vent. Due to a bad installation that made it difficult to access the vent and a change in the diameter and pitch of the vent that caused lint to become lodged in the middle of a long run, the last vendor we employed was unable to clear our vents. They also clarified and were courteous and sincere.
Before beginning any work, the technicians provided a thorough explanation and demonstrated their professionalism. Their knowledge is highly recommended.
