I bought a mobile/manufactured home from them a__holes it took them 4 years to provide me with a title, that was never registered in the state of Indiana. It was listed as abandoned with LaPorte County assessors since 2009. I bought a house and got my deed in 2 weeks. They have gone through 7 rude, incompetent manager in 5 years. Look elsewhere for a place to live. Save yourself a headache.
