I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. Was this provider late to your appointments? Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Did this dentist explain your dental procedure to you? Yes. They made sure I understood every single detail Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Definitely! They always remember me and make me feel important!

Did you experience excessive oral pain after you left your appointment? Not at all! I felt fantastic when I left Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? Many! I got to pick my favorites from a huge selection Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Yes, I was able to rinse

Was this dentist friendly? Extremely Friendly Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, if they had music on it was very soothing Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? I had to wait for a little while.

Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was worried that I was going to be in a lot of pain when I left my appointment, but I wasn't at all. I felt absolutely fantastic and my mouth felt very clean. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Thanks
