This community is a very nice environment, but the lot rent is outrageously expensive and they have too many rules. I do love the pool, playground, and clubhouse. The high cost of lot rent would be worth it if they actually would be willing to do yard work for everyone like they should just like associations do. So glad to be finally gone.

What is the process of selling your home located in Green Acres? Are there any restrictions to whom you sell it to ???

These people are evicting multiple tenants who have lived there for years. They just sent them a notice that they must move no layperson than 12/31/19!!

WE put up with the water problem for months - they raised the rent consistently - and NOW we had to pay $1800 for a replacement of a conductor box on their pole - put in when the community was started - and the manager said it is our responsibility! According to the electrician it was put in when the community was being set up )60's?) - not by the owners - The box attached to the concrete pillar was shorting out because it was so old - it could easily have caused a file! He suggested the maintenance people check all the boxe... read more
