I was laid off due to covid in march. still have not been recalled to work. I got a notice today they intend to immediately evict me for being late twice in six months. no kidding i am relying on unemployment and two times they stopped my payments and i am waiting for them to straighten it out and pay me. great place to live, quiet all by ourselves, lots of perks, like pool in summer,playground,water garbage pick up ,Easter party,hollween party,Christmas party and much more.
I don't think the residents of Green Acres realize what management thinks of us. We are nothing but cash cows being milked for every cent we have.For a month we have had unsafe water. A right-thinking company would say: "We're sorry for the inconvenience. We will reduce everyone's February lot rent by $50." Green Acres says: "You suckers are going to pay for all the repairs. Your lot rent is going up $28 a month. Don't like it? Too bad."
