so far so good! Steven came out and helped me diagnose and replace my filter!
The company was called out on a home warranty repair issue. They were suppose come out and diagnose a heating issue. Said technician left a false false report with home warranty company claiming that the unit would not turn on, which the unit was actually on and running when the technician came out and we had to turn it off after that technician left.
