I love this walk in centre. They have good competent doctors and you have to book an appointment which means you can go for a specific time and not wait for hours. Also the appointments are very available I once booked for either that afternoon or the next day when I had an ear infection I just remember it was very available. Also there’s a pharmacy next door.
To anyone considering this clinic, think twice. If you're even a few minutes late they will refuse you treatment, regardless of the reasons why. They will try to charge you a cancelation fee for the supposed missed appointment. The secretary left me waiting for 35 minutes, after I arrived 10 minutes late for my appointment. She did not care for the reasons why I was late, then after 35 minutes she said I would not be seen and she rescheduled my appointment for later in the day. I’ve had many positive experiences here. Due to several health concerns, I needed multiple tests done, and each visit went smoothly. I have no complaints about the service I received. When booking an appointment, it’s important to remember that the staff are doing their jobs the way they’ve been instructed to. Many people working in healthcare are often overworked, and they’re doing their best to help everyone. A little kindness goes a long way. Treat people with kindness, and that kindness will spread. 🙂
My experience with this clinic so far has been positive. Appointments are readily available, the Doctors are kind, understanding, and professional. Ranata, the lady who handles the front desk is absolutely superb and will do anything to help clients out. Way to go Greely Walk-in Clinic team!
