Good car care. Service manager is rough (typical of that position). Overall an ok to good experience.
I brought my Volkswagen in because the airbag light was on — a serious safety concern. The service department charged me $185 to connect a tester (something AutoZone does for free). Their explanation? The car’s battery voltage was too low, so they “couldn’t diagnose” the issue. I bought my Bug from Greeley VW and had a really positive experience. When I took it in recently for an oil change I was expecting an experience that was also positive. I am so disappointed in how I was treated over a service as routine as my oil change. The service seemed good as I waited for the oil change to be complete and I drove it home no problem.
