I bought my Bug from Greeley VW and had a really positive experience. When I took it in recently for an oil change I was expecting an experience that was also positive. I am so disappointed in how I was treated over a service as routine as my oil change. The service seemed good as I waited for the oil change to be complete and I drove it home no problem. Was buying a used '17 Golf at the nearby Loveland Ford (a sister store to this Greeley VW-Nissan) under really dire circumstances - my car was totaled in the middle of a cross country move to LA. We called this service center to see if they would look the car over so we could be sure it would be good to go for the rest of the drive to LA. There was a mysterious rattle we were hearing. The guy in the service center heard me out, and got me in to see the techs on very short notice. He even drove the car around on a test drive.... read more
