I brought my Volkswagen in because the airbag light was on — a serious safety concern. The service department charged me $185 to connect a tester (something AutoZone does for free). Their explanation? The car’s battery voltage was too low, so they “couldn’t diagnose” the issue. I bought my Bug from Greeley VW and had a really positive experience. When I took it in recently for an oil change I was expecting an experience that was also positive. I am so disappointed in how I was treated over a service as routine as my oil change. The service seemed good as I waited for the oil change to be complete and I drove it home no problem. Was buying a used '17 Golf at the nearby Loveland Ford (a sister store to this Greeley VW-Nissan) under really dire circumstances - my car was totaled in the middle of a cross country move to LA. We called this service center to see if they would look the car over so we could be sure it would be good to go for the rest of the drive to LA. There was a mysterious rattle we were hearing.
