My wife and I went in to discuss the purchase of a retractable awning. Older gentleman who waited on us spent an incredible amount of time trying to sell us a $30,000 awning. No that figure is not a mistake. When we reminded him that we were looking for a mid priced awning; he then took us to an $800 awning and demonstrated how cheaply built it was. Fantastic place. I was able to go in and discuss my needs and come up with a plan. The fabric selection for awning coverings is great and up to date with current trends. I was able to choose from several different manufactures to come up with the perfect look. Thanks Julie, your guidance and support were above and beyond.
My awning didn't fit properly. They were rude on the phone and in person. Were NOT willing to fix anything, basically threw velcro at my daughter and said "I hope we are done with this now." I was extremely dissatisfied with the product and service I received.
