I went here a few months ago. I was given a prescription that was completely bonkers. I called to verify my script was correct because I was ordering online from another place and the screen popped up with a warning saying one eye showed + and one showed - and this might be incorrect. Everyone there was great! Clean calm environment
I had an exam and ordered glasses 3 weeks ago. Since then they have broken my personal frames and given me three dates that I will have glasses again, all of which were wrong. I still don't have glasses or know when I will have them because they won't call me back.
