Amy & Lane have done an amazing job restoring this old home to its full glory. Its a beautiful place for events and my teens love meeting up with friends and enjoying one of the hundreds of board games they have. They are amazing hosts and I love that they are so ready and willing to help you find a game that you'll love - and teach you how to play it!
This place is a wonderful gem. It's so rare to find a space these days where kids put down the cel phones and interact with each other with real joy. The owner's foster this kind of engagement with their teen nights. And the family sessions, when I've joined in, are curated with the same kind of care. This establishment goes way beyond being a place to play some board games. It intentionally provides a connection we've all been needing for quite some time.
We have found a community haven at the Boomer House in Greeley. Lane and Amy, the owners, are beyond remarkable hosts who always make our family feel welcome and included. They have an incredible collection of board games, many of which would be inaccessible to own at home, that they are always happy to teach to others. The cozy atmosphere coupled with the fun downtown location make it a lovely destination for weekend afternoons or rainy days.
