DO NOT PARK HERE! I parked here for the Chris Stapleton concert in August. I prepaid on SpotHero not knowing anything about the area. I returned to my car after the concert at 11:30pm. I was then trapped in this garage for over 2 hours!! Traffic outside was completely normal, yet it was impossible to get out of this garage. They then billed me an additional $31USD which they are forcing me to pay after I explained this situation and that I already prepaid. Do not park here for an event! We were at a standstill for over an hour due to no attendant assisting with traffic control. It was 1am before we were able to drive out of the garage after a concert
No rates posted. A QR code to enter your info but again no rates available. You are billed from the time of entry to the time of exit regardless of if you find a space or not. There is no timestamp available to you, only their digital communication after you leave that they way overcharged you for however much time they decided. Deceptive, and against local law.
