Completely! Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her

I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. 65.00 to watch a video? what ? thats crazy . im so happy my denist office isnt with them. wow . they havent even called to see how my ... read more

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They didn't seem too happy to be helping me. Maybe they were just having a bad day, but they could have been nicer.
