Do not do business with this man! All of the previous reviews are absolutely correct. Multiple extensions (3), $5,120 lost (appraisals, inspections and earnest money) and my credit score dropped 25 pts from his inquiries. My 2nd opinion described him as a "rookie" that didn't know what he was doing. He absolutely did not deliver what he talked and the ball was dropped everytime with no closing. Not to mention he was sassy with the listing agent throughout the whole ordeal. Communication is not his strong point when it comes ... read more
