Had a hard time finding someone who would do a small job. Bruce came out the next day and gave me an estimate. Job was done within the next few days. Customer service is a big thing with me. I had calls in to others that do landscaping, sod install, but no return calls. Bruce is very pleasurable to deal with.
I was pleased with the quick response to my bid request. They took great pains to get the job done in between weather issues and bigger work projects. The worker were friendly and courteous and industrious when on site. They installed a quality product and the yard looks just great!
I tried to get quotes from three other companies with no luck.Bruce was on the phone with me within ten minutes after I e-mailed.Two days later I had grass.Fantastic!
I've already recommended this company to a few people that I work with. This company is all about customer service, honesty, and providing the best guidance possible, even if it means the possibility of losing work. Glad I got these guys and will get them again if I need anything else.
Bruce called me and I gave him some details about the job, including the estimated square footage of Zoysia sod required and he quickly worked up a price to perform some light soil preparation, provide Zoysia sod, and install it. He came out to the house to confirm the scope of work and sod requirements and there were no changes to the either, so he told me he could have the sod delivered on Friday and installed on Saturday.
