A Brief History In the fall of 1998, a group of dedicated Hispanic business owners and community leaders realized the enormous economic impact and potential of the growing Hispanic community in the Tulsa region. Early in 1999, the GTHCC was incorporated in the State of Oklahoma, creating Oklahomas first Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
