We had our roof redone by Dallas and team a year ago. We uncovered builder special items like no water shield, etc. (hence the replacement). This team was first class: before and after pics, efficient, clean, committed and fast. Couldn’t have asked for better. Fast forward a year later and we call Dallas to check our gutters. So happy with the replacement of our 2 flat roofs and skylights from Greater Toronto Roofing Services! Dallas the owner has a very hands on approach, is up there with his crew and making sure everything is great from start to finish. Pricing was competitive and his excellent communication skills played a key factor during install due to having to be a liason with our difficult neighbour. They were also respectful to our neighbours and did a great job cleaning up. A+++
We had a leak in our flat roof back in April and called 3 companies for quotes. Dallas came out the same day to have a look and offered the most competitive option. His crew was extremely professional and efficient (1.5 day job) and we were really pleased with the final result. I’ve since had a chance to take some recent video of the completed job for this review and noticed there seems to be some water retention / staining on the flat portion of the roof where the leak had previously originated (see footage). Dallas was a pleasure to deal with from the very start throughout the entire process of having our roof and eavestrough redone. At no point did I feel like any games or shady upsells were being attempted. He was entirely up-front with every detail and forthcoming with how he runs his shop. Dallas is responsive, thorough, and honest. As we have a very high peaked roof, I find it very useful that he takes drone pictures before to go over the repairs needed and to quote, as well as "after" pics to show what he has done. I have used his services for spot repairs more than once. I've also used for Dallas and team eavestrough cleaning – they did a spectacular job of that.
