Wouldn't go to any other urgent care no matter where I am in Toledo always great service, friendly staff and excellent care
The medical assistant checking me in was cold and rude but the nurse practitioner was at least quick and thorough. Not the most welcoming staff.
I am a medical assistant instructor. The MA who checked us in was not polite. The exam room was still dirty from the previous patient. The MA came in and ripped the dirty table paper off just to replace it with new table paper right in front of us. That should have been done prior to us being taken back to the exam room. The room was not cleaned, and there were dirty supplies on the floor. This is unacceptable. Who knows if the exam room had been cleaned at all the entire day? Will NOT be returning.
Mercy healthcare on Reynolds Road were very helpful and very kind. Thank you so much for your services.
