Unfortunately had a poor experience with the company. ASKO had directed their services to us to address a query we had. No quote was provided prior to the service and was charged $190 for them to remove the caps off 3 screws.
Alyssa was an absolute delight with her phone manner. Often this is the first point of call and she was amazing with her explaining to me how the technicians work. Rohit came and was utterly professional- on time and fixed the issue. Thank you so much. You’re our go to if we have any more problems with our appliances
Arrived on time to check my leaking washing machine. However charged $330 to check problem, and tell me they needed to order a part, but i would not be charged another call out fee. They found a hole in the pump housing. The part is just over $138 including shipping according to the second quote. The second quote was another $417 for the part and labor.
