I had an extremely frustrating and unprofessional experience with Leeland Bachelet. He initially sent me the lease agreement, then mentioned that a few things needed to be changed. After that, he completely went silent. I waited the entire next day for an update, and despite my attempts to reach out, he did not respond or pick up my calls. My situation was tricky and stressful but I felt confident having her in my corner. She was kind, informative, and a pitbull when I needed her to be. We attended an open house expecting a warm welcome and the opportunity to view the property, but instead, we were rudely turned away because another client was visiting. This was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. Open houses are meant to be inclusive, not exclusive to select individuals. Such poor organization and lack of courtesy are unacceptable for a realtor company claiming to provide exceptional service
