Out dated office and office practices. She did a pap without proper infection/sterilization techniques then the Dr. rushed me and did not listen to my infertility concerns (which is the actual reason I was there). She immediately jumped to exploratory surgery as the first option without any other tests/imaging/exams. Dr Ali needs to retire. This office is outdated, the equipment is outdated. No way in hell you put a GLOVE inside me for one. Then continue to back date my pregnancy, for 3 weeks she’s been telling me I’m 5 weeks pregnant. They have none of the bloodwork that they ordered me to do. No information after being there 3 times and telling them 3 separate times that I have an ultrasound scheduled for the 26th. They have none of that information. Horrible. Office was very run down. They couldnt actually do anything to needed to to check me out instead I wanted for 48 minutes for them to finally see me and they gave me a paper to take to a different osf for my test as simple as a blood draw. I got no care for my miscarriage! HORRIBLE
I've had 6 csection I've had complications with all of but my last one and they both did amazing. Shes a great listener and understood what was going on and I healed up. Thank you so much
Horrible office staff. Bungled billing for months each time my kid went there for yearly wellness visit. Ready to report them to the State of IL for ineptitude!
