My experience with this company has been entirely negative. The broker is completely unresponsive, and this company is basically a "slum lord". They refuse to handle repairs, allow expensive leaks to continue for months on end, creating damage and health issues, while not responding to any communication. If I could give them 0 stars, it would be too much. I would never use their management services again, nor would I recommend them to anyone.
