I fell and got a proximal humerus fracture and went to an orthopedist who sent me to PT right away which didn’t go well because my arm was still broken and had not healed in 6-7 months after the accident happened. I had my initial appointment with Dr. VICKARYOUS more than a month ago. After we agreed PT might be the best course of treatment at this time, I worked to strengthen my knee and supportive muscles. My follow up was with Dr. Kelli Thomazin. What a breath of fresh air. She took time to discuss my initial concern, reviewed my record, listened to my reasoning for PT over a shot and really made me feel heard. There was no rush to get me in and out. Terrible customer service. Had to have surgery and applied for a leave through my job. They were supposed to fill out a form that took minutes to complete. It took them over two weeks to complete this form and I haven’t been able to get paid for weeks due to the lack of urgency. Every-time I call in regarding the form I get the run around. And on top of that they had the nerve to charge me to complete it.
These were the nicest group of people I've dealt with in a long time. Dr Hudanich is a very compassionate person and doesn't push what he thinks you need. So glad he was referred to me.
