I wish the rating has a lowest score such as zero. Be aware! I had a horrible experience with Greater. I brought my son to see Dr. Fitz for teeth bracing evaluation. They spent 30 minutes to take X-ray pictures. I was told that the technician hadn't been doing it frequently so she forgot how to do it. After finishing the visiting, I waited 3 weeks but no any update from them.
