I’ve been a Realtor in Wisconsin for ten years. I’ve been a member of a few associations and GMAR is hands down the best. The people are so kind and respectful and your dues actually go towards growing YOU as an agent. Milwaukee has a great group of Realtors and it all starts with the GMAR. Thanks for being so great over the past ten years!

Useless. I guess as a realtor you can say and do whatever you want to rip people off and there is no accountability. You have to have evidence to prove the realtor was lying even though she purposely and intentionally lied to my face to get a sale. Where are the standards??? NOT ETHICAL. Hupke and you guys are crooks and I will bash your association and her to everyone! There is ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY. Totally unethical sale with a bunch of lies to get me to sign paperwork.
