The doctors do their job well. Past that, the communication is horrible. I paid over $100 for sunglasses online (very hard choice but wanted sunglasses I was on love with esp. paying the price to turn them into prescription ones). It has been almost 3 months and I still don't have my chosen sunglasses. They sent them out to have lenses put in and it was the wrong address.
