The doctors do their job well. Past that, the communication is horrible. I paid over $100 for sunglasses online (very hard choice but wanted sunglasses I was on love with esp. paying the price to turn them into prescription ones). It has been almost 3 months and I still don't have my chosen sunglasses. They sent them out to have lenses put in and it was the wrong address. Now they have no info for me if they will even be sent back. In the meantime they chose a set to give me for 'free' for their mess up and my waiting. Those... read more
Recommendednice atmosphere nice staff friendly optometrists
Have just had an extremely horrible experience with the office manager at greater Milford eye and very unprofessional treatment by the office manager that I would not recommend anyone to ever go to this office or have to deal with such an inconsiderate disruptive office manager and staff that spoke to me arrogantly and disrespectfully.
Friendly, personable and empathetic to my individual needs. Great experience!
Today was my first visit and I can't begin to tell you how pleased I am. Everyone was so nice and helpful... and Dr. Greg is AWESOME! He explains everything step by step and DOESN'T sound like a text book. He's very easy going and made me feel comfortable (which I really appreciate, having anxiety). I was recommended to go there... now I am passing along the recommendation! ��
There is absolutely no cutting corners here. I have been to other eye doctors and they do not do half of what Greg did for me. I recommend Greg to anyone in search of a real eye exam!
