Unethical, unprofessional, profits over people. Don't waste your time, energy, or resources. Unethical- When the sale of my townhouse fell apart the day of the move, I requested to have my representation agreement terminated the following day. I came to learn that I had a 6 month contract of which I was only 3 months into, and not only did my realtors refuse to terminate, but when I went to Realty Group Brokerage they refused to terminate the representation agreement as well, unless I paid them $5,500 for "services rendered"... read more
