Do not work with this title agency. I found out that I am responsible for taxes on my property for 6 months before I bought the house because of the way the contract was worded, costing me $5400. The agents did not explain this or anything else at closing for that matter. They took zero responsibility for this or anything else. Filing a complaint with the state, but I’m just screwed.
