These people are so incompetent. They expected me to stay in their property where a mother raccoon dug a hole in the ceiling , choked herself out and died . For 5 days a raccoon was dead in a hot house . Imagine the smell. Of course couldn’t stay there, so I asked them for immediate assistance for replacement. Looking over statement that you continue to charge that i do not understand once again. last month, last you sent over had Eviction fee, repairs to Gardenview that Dillion clear had have no idea what has taking place. Last i asked for up, i haven't hard from him. Bill pay fees when your office said that I had to pay and i'm paying ,you still are charging me. I would give this 0 starts if I could. They took my deposit, had me sign a lease and never produced a key. On moving day( Sat.) the key was not given, because no o pone met me at the property. They also apparently don't answer the phones or check voicemails. I went up there and the head of maintenance didn't know when anyone would be there. Now I'm told to go to go to housing court. This was a big waste of my time, energy, effort and money. And I'm still without a house and need to move.
