keep things the way it way? keep the time that you saying the buses will run and the route it is to run
Why wouldn’t y’all make it known that there are 2 4 buses. It says nothing about this on the bus guide. I spent a whole hour riding around on the 4 bus trying to get to cvcc and end up coming all they way back to the station. When I asked the bus driver about it he was rude. I ended up missing my meeting with my counselor at cvcc. I honestly hate these buses and if I could afford a car I would never set foot in any of them again. You guys are a disgrace of a public transit company.

always late and inconsistent. they will be late and off schedule and then blame the riders for not being able to make their connections. They do nothing to fix or show remorse for how they fail at the one simple slogan they carry, which is to be prompt in their arrivals. the employees almost always dismiss any complaints. nobody shows any sort of urgency ever. a completely unreliable and often unprofessional system.
1A & B need to be corrected immediately. Past 2 days...running 30 minutes behind. 8A needs to go back to its old route, and you need the 8B back. There was absolutely nothing wrong with those 2 routes. No more 6/7 coming from the station! bad decision. You might also want to consider how upset your drivers are too. They are the ones taking all the heat. Just go back to the old routes, there was nothing wrong with it.
