Unreliable, just close your doors and sell your buses already
This terrible company has put my disabled friend through hell, leaving her stranded and causing her physical injuries on two different occasions.
I am furious and extremely disappointed with how GLTC treats their customers, especially their customers with disabilities like me. The route I needed to take was canceled last minute without enough notice to catch an earlier bus. GLTC’s failure to communicate forced me into a dangerous, life-threatening situation and made me miss a critical medical appointment. Failure to keep their passengers informed of route changes puts people at risk in even more compromising situations. And not all stops are wheel chair accessible which makes catching the bus for certain members of the community a life risking feat especially in midst of the pandemic and the heat.
What should be done is everyone wear mask 😷 and if they don’t have one on they can’t get on the bus , and if they can’t wear one they should have a doctors note, and plus to many people standing around at the Transfer Station if they not getting on the bus they should not be around!!

GLTC rocks getting us health care workers to and from give them drivers a raise
Why does the busses intentionally stop at certain places and just stay there making us miss our connections on purpose. The 4 stops literally 3 mins away from the transfer station on fort ave and just stays there when the buses are at the station and we can make the connection if it didn’t just wait.
